Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. Ariel Khadr began her fitness show career when she turned 16 and she stopped the sport of gymnastics. As a teenager, she won her pro card just one year later. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. After quitting her gymnastics career, she began to compete in fitness contests at the age of 16 as a teenager. In just one year she earned her pro card aged 17. This made her one of the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel quit the stage after 6 years in order to finish her college. After completing her college education, Ariel returned in the year 2015. She continued where she was in prior contests including her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She competed throughout the years following her debut show setting higher targets for herself every year. She also won four fitness awards by the end of the year. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. Ariel had a long break after earning her Pro card in order to earn her college diploma. In October 2015 Ariel made her return with her IFBB Fitness Pro debut in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. The team finished third in the event. In the summer of 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This meant that she was able to participate in Fitness Olympia. The Olympian stepped out on stage a month later, and came home with 6th place, in the Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel claims she was more proud of her placing. Ariel had to compete against the best of top athletes. Ariel's physique is improving each year. Ariel is a fan of working her back. It consists of lat pull-downs, bent rows using a single arm with a pull-up device and the seated rows. The warm-up phase is typically done before an actual workout. Ariel is extremely efficient when it comes to time management. Supersetting all of the exercises back into three or four 10-12 repetition supersets is exactly what she does.
