Annmarie is a veteran of 30 years as a Human Resources leader. She has worked in a variety of industries and groups of managers to reach the business objectives, especially during the midst of dramatic change and growth. Her work as a partner in transforming human and business strategies into strategic goals for companies and plans have included planning for organizational and performance, employee engagement and changes management. She is of the opinion that learning is the primary aspect of leadership. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies and small to midsize businesses, developing leaders, and coaching them to achieve demonstrated outcomes. The experience has helped to create an environment that embodies innovation in learning and adaptability to change. Annmarie is a dedicated volunteer in the field of Learning Ally, but she is also involved with several different non-profit organisations. Annmarie is part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee, a group dedicated to helping women grow into leaders. She also provides training to members of the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America.
